First impression the property was good near a Spar supermarket and walkable to the centre maybe 15 mins. A comedy club and night life in walking distance . The facilities were good for cooking . My main problem was the TV kept losing signal didn’t manage to watch one programme throughout and the main bedroom had a damp smell. as there was a damp patch on the bedroom wall that needs treating and you could smell it also it being a health hazard. I could not have slept in that room. There was a bed settle in the living room was that came in useful. Behind the settee needs cleaning noticed this when leaving but the rest of the house was clean. With the TV sorted and the damp patch it spoilt the property and both need attention had to stream programmes to watch in the end

Great location

The location was excellent; so near lovely restaurants, and a nice walk into the city centre. It was very clean. On the negative side, it was a bit noisy and also a bit hot and stuffy. The communication was excellent, with good advice about restaurants etc.

Lots of promise but very disappointing - avoid!!!

Posted 19 Jul 2023 on Hotels
Pros - A very lovely little single storey townhouse. Well located to explore Belfast by road, rail or air. Decent access to local shops too Cons - From broken glass littering the streets outside to noisy from the nearby station, might not be the place for light sleepers without ear plugs. However the most disappointing thing was the bits within the property including: 1. A room reeking with the smell of urine. Absolutely shocking 2. Unchanged beddings 3. Stained living room couch bed 4. Stained & unwashed blankets 5. Unhovered floors including the main living room 6. Beer cans left over in the back 7. Cobwebs 8. Insufficient beddings for the number of people staying 9. TV that stops working each time a car drives by which happens a lot In summary, if you're travelling with family, partner or friends and like your accommodation a bit more than just some where to slumber, I would avoid

Decent location, walkable to restaurants and shops in city center as well as to Queen's University Belfast. Owner responded quickly to questions. Street parking is pretty tight but available. The apartment is very small. We had five people so needed to use the pull-out couch which was uncomfortable. Overall worked fine as a place to sleep for a couple nights. Would have been too small for five people if you needed to spend much time in the apartment other than for sleeping. Was very nice to have two bathrooms!
