Absolutely nothing. The room stunk, had to wait 5 minutes to for water to heat up and then there was no cold water. It was all very hot water The bed had sunken big bites. The dining room was also dirty. We only stayed the one night. He was happy to refund the second nights accom. Mind you found it strange we were the only people staying that night. All up there were about 8 rooms. ,
