Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was spacious, beds were comfortable and there was a good view over the city.
The breakfasts were good - decent coffee and orange juice and Irish breads. Plenty of choice for non meat eaters but choice of a vegan sausage or mushrooms would have been better.
We had a couple of drinks in the bar and a friendly member of bar staff, Shiva, enticed us to try a new cocktail and mocktail ... they were delicious.
We ordered snacking dishes ... they took a long time to arrive but tasty enough.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again and i would recommend.

Excellent staff and just a couple of minutes’ walk from places of interest, shopping and dining options. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely visit to Belfast, hotel in good area for visiting titanic museum and market, but it was very busy at the market and too many food stalls

Lovely 2 night stay, excellent customer service, very friendly staff (that goes for all the people of Belfast that we encountered), very good breakfast (proper free range eggs!). Great location. Just a very minor point, the bathroom needs a toilet brush (we're thinking of the domestic staff when making that comment!). Titanic museum well worth a visit. Loved Belfast and would definitely stay at the Hilton again.
