Shower not completely cleaned .
Heater extremely loud .
Overhead soundproofing inadequate for heavy footfalls .
Guess it's like a hotel rather than what we expected a motel so ease of luggage transfers etc ... our responsibility not to have investigated further.
Had amenities which looked ok but we didn't use .

We apologize for the issues you experienced.We have passed along your notes regarding the shower cleanliness and loudness of the heating unit to our housekeeping and maintenance team.We can assist with luggage if requested and do have rooms located near exterior entrances that can be requested.We hope you are willing to give us another chance in the future!

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful view, comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
