We stayed here when coming to Belfast to watch the ice hockey at the arena. The walk to the arena is really easy and in pleasant surroundings. Everywhere is easily accessible from this hotel and the bus from the airport drops off just a few hundred yards away at st George's Market.
Our room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet. We ate a lovely meal in the restaurant when we were too tired to venture back out for an evening meal and breakfast buffet was also very good. All the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

The staff was friendly immediately upon arrival, from the guy that checked me in, restaurant staff, to the gal that checked me out and helped me with my parking ticket! I had been to a few other hotels before this one for my travels and none of them could be bothered to even say hello.
Such a friendly clean stay!

Friendly staff, esp in restaurant.
TVs pretty old i.e. not Smart
Wifi was very slow, had to use data instead.

Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly and the room was spacious, beds were comfortable and there was a good view over the city.
The breakfasts were good - decent coffee and orange juice and Irish breads. Plenty of choice for non meat eaters but choice of a vegan sausage or mushrooms would have been better.
We had a couple of drinks in the bar and a friendly member of bar staff, Shiva, enticed us to try a new cocktail and mocktail ... they were delicious.
We ordered snacking dishes ... they took a long time to arrive but tasty enough.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again and i would recommend.
