The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food in the dining room was excellent. Unfortunately our room, premium suite, was not up to par. The bedroom area had a single arm chair to sit and watch TV. The other area was a table with 2 straight back chairs with a light overhead that didn’t work. The wall switch was bad so to turn the light on and off mean screwing and unscrewing the lightbulb. This area also had a TV which didn’t work. The bathroom was very clean except the drain in the sink needed cleaning out; the water was exceptionally slow to drain. We made the reception desk aware of the issues. A young man came up to the room the next day. He said the TV needed replacing, he screwed in the light bulb to turn on the light and said nothing about the sink. This stay was disappointing given Radisson’s great reputation.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The dining room was supposed to open at 7pm on Sunday and we waited until 7:30pm and finally went somewhere else for dinner. I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Belem.
