The bed was so terrible, the mattress was poking me n everytime i move it makes noise...sleeper couch was worse...TV is too small ,is like watching soccer on a laptop while is 5m away...security as well...electric fence and remote gate needed.

Greetings. We followed up on your stay this Monday morning, where you only had concerns about the bedding. It is with great disappointment that we are reading your degrading review. Unfortunately, with a three-star accommodation establishment our mattresses can only be up to the hotel standard. Your complaint is Duly noted, and we will be attending to the Quality. Sleeper couches are only allocated for seating. Our televisions are all on the 32-inch standard as per 3-star requirements, kindly refrain from needless comparisons. A Security Guard was on Duty the night of your stay & full-time service to the gate was available. It is with great regret that we could not Provide you with our better options that are available. We hope that you'll consider adjusting the staining review. Thank you for raising the concerns that we can attend to.
