Very bad experience received from Elephant spring

I won't recommend it to anyone no water for 2 days no communication

Hi Lucy, we're sorry to hear that your stay was affected by watershedding implemented by the municipality. We did in fact notify all guests upfront at the time of booking that the town is experiencing water restrictions; please refer to our communication to you on the day you booked. Our team further notified all guests in house of this situation, and offered bottled water for drinking and buckets to help flush toilets in the interim. We appreciate that this was not ideal, and we are doing everything we can to come up with alternate solutions should this occur again in the future.

Our room was full of cockroaches

After check-in, we were taken to a room that was full of cockroaches. We complained and refused to sleep in the room. Then we were taken to another room, but it was in such poor condition, and we also refused to sleep in because it wasn't worth the money we paid. We were then taken back to the original room, but they used doom to dispatch the cockroaches. The room smelled so much of doom that my husband slept with a blocked nose as a result of the doom odour. There was so much noise with loud music and the TV in the chilling room was also very loud. I didn't enjoy my stay and wished I could get a refund.
