All was got At check out the receptionist told me you're bill will be send by email which didn't happen And tald my they will take from my money what they want and return the rest As they take deposit with the price of the room

Nice but no respect to privacy

The location and the overall facilities are fantastic. My main issue was the lack of respect to my privacy. The housekeeping team entered my room 3 times during my stay, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Twice by a female employee opened the door and asked if everything is fine, and I pointed out that she was not supposed to enter, and she apologized. Again a lady opened the door asking me if I want water, which we didn’t have in the room, and offered to bring it. This was a very annoying way to ask for tip. On the second day a man entered my room at 7:00am and I screamed at him, and he apologized saying that he thought we checked out (the sign was still on the door). Then half an hour later they called to apologize, which really disturbed my sleep. They could’ve wait until I go for breakfast at least. The night stand was broken, I tried to move it to install my mobile charger but it fell on me, and it was obvious that no one checked it for a long time because of the dust underneath it. Althought they apologized several times, but such issues should not be experienced in a four seasons hotel.
