Very Disappointing Experience

Extreme disappointment I stayed in this hotel for one night this month looking for a romantic couple getaway. The property is very nice and well decorated but our stay turned into a nightmare with numerous issues arising mainly from the poor management. The following is a list of the issues we faced: - Rude staff on reception: arrogant and unable to provide any solutions to our problems; - Room: the room in this so called boutique hotel was almost under the street level on the back side of the property with 3 windows which could not be opened because the valet parking drivers were walking outside and looking indiscreetly inside the rooms; - Airconditioning: the AC unit was cooling properly however it was so noisy inside the room that we had to turn it off at night. In the warm summer nights of Lebanon and not being able to open the windows as explained before, we couldn’t sleep either way; - Pool bar: the only entertainment this so called boutique hotel offered was the outdoor pool with the nice view and its pool bar. This Bar had beverages and a very poor selection of drinks, definitely not what you would expect in a boutique hotel like this one; - Breakfast: Pastries were not fresh and the buffet was very poor, again not the standard of the boutique hotel rates that they made you pay; - BAD SMELL: Worst issue we had was the sewage smell in the bathroom. As soon as we opened the water in the shower, a horrible waiste water spread in the room. Just horrible. Best,

We regret to hear that you had an unpleasant stay, but would like to clarify the following: - You had booked a Standard Room without View. We have no rooms under street level. Our resort stretch over 16,000 square meter of land gated and private. The street that you mentioned is the private ally that leads guests from the lobby to the pool. - Your room was inspected for A/C and smell and no problems were found. - We will definitely take your comments regarding the pool bar variety into consideration. - Our breakfast includes hot beverage and juices, croissant, French and Arabic bread, Labne, different white cheese, corn flakes and milk, jam and butter Foul, Balila Hommos, Eggs station, cakes, fruits, and mini manakish plus vegetables. - Finally the only argument we had, is your request for full refund after using our facilities for two days.

Excellent service and staff

Pros: Staff, service, views, room
Location: Clos de Cana winery - our guide couldn't speak English and we didn't speak Arabic but we got on just fine
They really looked after us at Cherry Blossom. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i'd recommend this place but hire a car as taxis can add up going to and from the hotel

Disappointing Boutique Hotel

it is far behind the quality and service that you expect for the price that you pay (too much expensive due to what they offer you), It was really poor and again not representative of the hotel price (very cheap seated breakfast!), we also was shocked when we saw reptiles in our room!!! Moreover, the air conditioning in our room was veryyyy bad and the complimentary fruit basket was rotten, wifi network was not accessible in the room.....

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Beautiful hotel and views. Very quiet and nicely decorated. Great location, outside of Beirut in the mountains. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent a week here. A couple of things that could be improved on: room cleanliness, overall it was pretty clean, but we had to ask them to go back and clean the floor and change our sheets mid-week. There was a dead large bug on our floor one day after house keeping had been in. We had a little bit of issues with the water, it came out brown a few times and there was lots of air in the pipes making showering a little difficult a few times. But nothing that really bothered us. Staff were friendly and attentive. We didn't understand what the included breakfast was... tip: make that clear when you first get there. It seemed like a breakfast we were charged for and the one that was included was the same thing. But it was delicious both times.

The best view in lebanon

It was a very pleasant stay and the suite was very spacious. The only problem is the iternet as the wifi network was not accessible in my suite

Great Cozy Retreat

Pros: Location, Room, View, Food, Staff.
Cons: Menu Variety
Location: Shopping in Bhamdoun and Aley. Hiking in Lamartine Valley. Visiting Hammana and Falougha.
We spent two nights at Cherry Blossom, and it was a great getaway. Such a relaxing place. Room was amazing with beautiful view. Staff was really friendly, especially Bashar. Happy to have found such a place in Lebanon. keep it up guys!

Hotel Boutique maravilhoso, quarto super confortável, banheiro grande e com ótima ducha, hotel a principio me pareceu grande demais para usar o termo boutique porém a atenção aos detalhes e o cuidado com tudo faz dele um hotel boutique sim. A piscina de borda infinita possibilita uma vista fantástica do vale e o restaurante tem vista ainda mais maravilhosa. A comida é ótima vale a pena experimentar. Funcionários super gentis e eficiente. Super indico e sem duvidas retornaria a esse hotel.
