I recently booked a stay at 1866 Court and Suites for a family member who was receiving medical treatment nearby. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing. Despite booking a sea view room, they were given a room without a sea view. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional throughout their stay, which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them during a critical time.
Adding to the frustration, the staff were unhelpful and indifferent to our situation. This lack of basic amenities and poor service made the stay extremely stressful and inconvenient. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for anyone with similar medical needs or requirements for reliable communication.
