Definitely not a five star hotel. The service is not good, the reception was not friendly at all. The room is old, not in good condition.

We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good.
Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee.
AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.
