Hello there, I sent several requests to the hotel, no answers from this one. I could not reach the place being late evening, and away about 60 kms. Even EXPEDIA agent helped. Therefore, the hotel remained mute, but did not hesitate to bank reservation full amount as penalties. Thank you Expedia team for your help, and I do not thank the hotel at all. I understand terms and conditions but the hotel does not understand humanity.

The shuttle driver was reckless and rude. The room itself felt dated and too hot

This hotel was extremely clean and only 10minutes from the airport. Unfortunately due to a language barrier we were unable to use it to its full potential and book hotel transfer for arrival. However, they have a little cafe in the lobby and a small shop which they can help you get into for drinks and snacks. Also, if late arrival or for convenience their is a McDonald’s opposite or several nice looking Chinese restaurants in a very short walking distance. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Some staff were exceptionally friendly, but many struggle with English, which was my overall experience with China. Surprised at aircraft noise and 24 hour operation of Beijing airport. Airconditioning unit / smoke eating unit in room too bright for sleeping

Firstly this hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport, however as I was travelling I messaged the hotel via the Expedia App, the hotel website twice and had to response to a request to book this free shuttle. Instead I had to rely on airport staff to help me call them on arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, it is a lovely hotel however despite there being four members of staff at the check in desk there were only two checking people in. I requested that they open up another desk and they refused. The room itself was spacious however smelt of smoke, and travelling with a toddler it was not good. The bathroom had a paperclip on the floor again not good for my toddler and the shower floor is super slippery when wet. There are signs warning you of this and a non slip mat provided however who on earth did not think of this when they first built the shower rooms I have no idea. The hotel restaurant closes at 10pm and offers no room service. There is a cafe like place in the foyer but it appears to be separate to the hotel. This was the one redeeming feature of the hotel as we were able to order food and drinks and for them to be brought up to the room but this closes at 12. The area surrounding the property is a bit sad and to note no restaurants accept Mastercard, so be prepared to withdraw cash if you plan to eat locally. Finally there were people smoking in the lobby and when told no smoking simply smirked. This was not strictly enforced by members of staff- shocking

Well, very short stay between 2am to 9am the next day but breakfast were well served
