Posted 25 Apr 2014This hotel caters mostly for Chinese . We are from Australia so there was a great language barrier for most of our stay. We managed to order room service once by calling a hotel staff up to point out what we wanted . The food was good. The carpets were awful and not very clean at all however the bathroom was reasonably clean. We weren't allowed on our balcony this not much point to ordering a balcony room. And the beds were rock hard . The mini bar had nothing in it and the tea and coffee making facility was a kettle and some green tea bags ( no coffee ) .
Although the staff did try to accommodate us the best they could between the language barrier I think this hotel is not really somewhere I would stay again or recomend to westerners . The main reason we decided to stay here was due to the fact it was close to the airport and the indoor ski dome.

もめ事続出!
Posted 5 Aug 2014支払い済みなのに、支払えと言われたり、タオルを汚したと言われお金を請求されたり、次の日には、タオルがないと言われ、また請求、最終的には預けたはずのパスポートを知らないと言われ、ぶち切れ!! まだ、カードの請求が来ていないがしっかり確認しないとダブルでとられそう。 中国だから仕方がないのか… これを楽しめる方にはOKかも。
