OK. Staff were helpful and everything was clean and well managed. Great location for Wunfujing Street, Metro and Forbidden City but the hotel is quite old and tired.

The location is very good. The hotel is close to the Palace Museum and to shopping on Wangfujing Street.

The hotel is located in a convenient location near the Palace Museum. However, traffic control in its neighborhood made it difficult to hail a cab or drive around. The staff was very helpful during my stay.

Efficient staff welcoming (I missed the entrance and entered via the back) the convenience to the subway and forbidden city were very good. The service was good. I would have liked to have a direct contact email or option for the hotel.

The location is great: convenient to walk to Wangfujing and the Palace Museum. The food could be better.

Location is good. The Imperial place is only a few steps away. It’s also very safe.

Very adequate accomodation with a great location and good selection for breakfast at the buffet. We loved being able to walk into shops etc and staff were helpful using an app to translate if needed.

Historical property and great location close to forbidden city and other tourist attractions.
