Far from everything

Pros: Most of the staff I dealt with were very friendly to me and I appreciated their kindness (doormen, front desk, restaurant staff and marketing).
Cons: The hotel should provide shuttle service to public transportation because it was a hassle to get taxis. More food options on the menu would be helpful
Location: Not much to do honestly. It's quite a long ride by metro to get into downtown Beijing.
The room was nice. Wifi worked at times in the room but overall, it was okay. The hotel was nice but it needs to be remodeled. The location is very remote and can be hard to find. The closest subway station is 22 minutes away by foot. It was inconvenient to request a taxi to take me to the subway because, according to one of the duty managers, it wasn't enough money for them. "I should give them a tip." I refused of course because it wasn't my fault they decided to put their hotel in a secluded area. The problem I had with the hotel was with a duty manager's lack of customer service. One of the managers insisted on arguing with me about my needs and money. He was very rude and dismissive. I preferred public transportation (metro or bus instead of a taxi to save money) but he insisted I should take a taxi. It made my stay very uncomfortable after that. I'm sure I won't be staying here again.

It locates in a very peaceful green area. But it does not have necessary facilities such as restaurants, stores, and public transportation servies and so on.

立地が良くない
Posted 1 Sep 2016設備、従業員の態度ともに良い。しかし駅からとても離れている上、どのタクシーもこのホテルを知らないので、外からこのホテルへ到着するのに骨が折れる｡
前払いで予約したにも関わらず部屋代を請求されたので驚いた｡
