Very comfortable experience

Staff (interacted and observed 4 of them) were competent, friendly and helpful. Volunteered information to keep you informed of the available options. Request raised previous day is recorded and being attended to another day by another service person - excellent, rare = well done! Well mannered, courteous and kept eye-contact.
