Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied to me then. When I check out, the front desk asked me to pay all room fee plus breakfast added in the morning, I explained all story again and they took a photo of my receipt after reporting my case again. It is a new hotel, very nice design but the check out experience was terrible. I was disturbed too much due to the payment issue actually I already prepared as no-refund.
