My booking with expedia , was for 484 yuan per night , and they charged me 560 per night, was not happy , but toooooooooooo tired to argue

Fantastic stay, lovely breakfast...I’d come back

I absolutely loved my stay here!!! I was here for 6 days! There breakfast is amazing!!!!! So much to choose from and a chef on hand making fresh noodles soups and eggs etc. The staff were very welcoming and were patient with us during the language barrier issues. However they should have more English speakers on the reception desk. They helped us plan a trip to the Great Wall of China which was great..they didn’t even charge anything for that. Any room changes or issues were sorted quickly. They have us loads of toiletries each day, including toothpaste and toothbrushes and a razor. The staff did a great job of cleaning, so good I didn’t need them everyday. There’s a small but decent gym and swimming pool too. The location was not fantastic at all. But there’s a lovemy Chinese market next door which was nice to visit. For food at night it’s best to walk around the area and explore. I’d 100% stay here again!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

first they give me a wrong room but later they change the room with a better room manager attitude was very good

Only 1 person spoke English in all of the staff. Food was horrible. Room was very small and area wasn't 100% clean.

Air conditioning didn’t work well- location was good and staff was helpful. Room is average.

Close to fabulous Panjiayuan Market

We were delighted with our stay. A bit put off by the request for a deposit for mini bar and room condition , a little advance warning may have helped. We would have appreciated more assistance with directions to the market, this was our reason for selecting this hotel. The receptionist was not helpful, saying " the market is over there". In a foreign city explicit instructions are essential. Also little information re local restaurants.
