The room I stayed in was newly renovated. It was amazing! The beds are so comfortable.

This property is under renovation and some rooms are very dated , we were on the second floor and there were ants in the bathroom, they moved us to one of the renovated rooms which was nicer bet the ac was very loud. While there a couple on the first floor had their room broken into from the outside door. The manager offered them half off the room even though they were leaving due to the fact that they felt unsafe.

Thank you for your feedback with regards to your stay. There was an issue with ants in one of the rooms on the second floor so we had our pest control come in to address it as well as the room you were in so than k you for letting us know. With some PTACS you will hear hear a bit more noise in a smaller area than you would in our own homes. With regards to the first floor incident, your information is inaccurate as there was no sign of any "break-in" and the guest was fully refunded. The General Manager looked into the matter to identify the facts and has spoken to the guests.

Always friendly, helpful, and smiling staff working at this hotel. Check in and check out was fast. Great value. We will be back again.
