Unexpected fees, and unfriendly staff. Rooms were viewed clean but when actually in the room it needs a deep clean doors , walls, tub, upholstery on chair, shower curtain, carpet, ac filters, are very dirty and need deep clean. Curtains missing hooks and didn't close all the way and people on 2nd floor were very loud even though no cars in parking lot to account for the noise, almost like they were falling down a lot up there.

The hotel was nice for the price. The bed was too firm for my liking but was fine for my husband.

Check in was quick and easy. My husband thought the bed mattress was too hard, but I found it to be comfortable.
