Extremely hot room.
Posted 15 Aug 2024 on HotelsHotel was modern. The restaurant was lovely for dinner and drinks. The bed sheet was stained. No air conditioning which I know was stated when booking but I did not expect the room to be as unbearably hot as it was. Staff were not helpful with trying to find solutions for this. We had to ask for an additional fan rather than be offered it. Seems strange that the hotel has computerised check in machines, robots in the restaurant but can’t afford air con. I thought the cost of the room was too much for how unbearably hot the room was. I will not return which is a shame as the restaurant was lovely.
