We had a terrible stay. When we arrived there were people that appeared to be very intoxicated hanging around the main entrance. Our room was located next to the office and we could hear everything going on in the lobby for two days. The intoxicated people moved inside and were loud and obnoxious and it seemed to be normal because it went on go over an hour and nothing was being done about it. I had my wife and two daughters ages 8 and 10 were with me. They were scared. If that wasn’t bad enough we found a roach in the bathroom and the room was very dirty. The reason why it took me so long to make a complaint was the fact that I found a roach in my house today and we have never had roaches nor stayed anywhere else. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

Couldn’t stay because the room smelled very smoky and nasty. Bugs and more we stayed about 10 minutes in a room and left

The room looked like it's from the 70s. They hot tub was down and that was why we booked there. The bath tub had rings and looked dirty. The bed was horrible. So hard and pillows were thin and uncomfortable 😣

The bedspread had a big hole in it. Black mold around the air conditioner/heater. The other peopke in room next door was loud.

Very noisy, not very clean. Bed spread had cigarette burns, sink was significantly cracked, towels were like sandpaper.

Property was clean & newly renovated. Chairs in rhe room had an odor, and matresses were very worn. Location was secluded and convenient.
