Not what I expected
Posted 15 Jul 2024 on Hotels1) They were not expecting us even though I had a reservation 2) The roll away bed was a cot with a blanket that was literally falling apart 3) Little to no air conditioning (even after I reported) 4) 4 people...two towels and wash clothes 5) Dead bolt on door didn't work.

Needs a lot of work
Posted 8 Jun 2024 on HotelsWhen we showed up to check in at 2:30 pm (check in begins at 2 pm), no one was at front desk. We had to call the hotel to see if anyone was there for checking in guests. Then, we were charged $20 extra for an extra guest when we initially stated 4 guests, 2 adults and 2 kids. Was I charged extra for our 14 yr old? Towels smelled of Indian curry and the bathtub and showerhead need to be replaced. Tub had large brown stain by drain. No cups or liner in ice bucket. Few wall outlets and the air conditioner's wiring looked very dangerous. Plus, the ac unit was filthy. Door to room had cracks in it where sunlight was visible in several locations.

There was no soap in the bathroom, the facility is in rough shape, the heater was iffy and turned itself off a few times. The owners were nice.

The staff was pleasant if a little hard to find when I checked in at 9:30 PM. The place was a little run down: peeling paint in places, water pressure was awful, and the door locks were sticky. Wifi just barely worked and was very slow. TV worked great.
