Mattress was too old but breakfast area was clean and convenient

Very run down, lamps and exhaust fan rusty and dirty, carpet in room was "sticky", trash was not emptied and full of other people's trash and beer cans.. when I told front desk they did not come empty trash...this is a low end motel at best.

I used to live in the area, so I knew exactly what to expect. This is an older motel, but it's kept up fine and I could see ongoing maintenance (not noisy or intrusive). My only problem was that the hot water for showering was spotty in the evenings. The laundry room and ample parking was a big plus.

The property was run down, old dirty carpet, stained carpet, dirty pool, bugs in the room

No shampoo etc in room. Small. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy. Drive in to parking area up an unpaved hill is dark and unsafe. Window curtains dont fully close. Dingy room with stink bugs. Yuch.
