Go to precheck in online as the text prompts you to do? Have a work call at 11:30 thinking you could pay the extra $20 for 1pm check out and take the call in the room? Sweet. Until 11:01 comes around and you're harrassed to get out because "nobody told me" when the gentleman i checked in with confirmed late checkout. Housekeeping knocking on the door, calls, all "when are you checking out?!?!" Check your reservation, and what you charged me for.

We were the only ones checking in and it took a while for the gentleman to find a room once he did the room he assigned was in use. The room not very clean.
The coffee for dark roast clearly wasn’t working
as it was like water

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get work done in my room without loud interruptions. I would recommend this location for the close drive to the national park and shopping, too.
