The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Some of the property
is showing its age a bit but location is about as good as you get.

I had a great 6 day stay at the Inn at Big White. My room was old decor and the lighting was a bit dark but generally I was only there to sleep anyway. I was located on the first floor which was next to the bar area and noisy but it seemed to get quiet by 9pm.
Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Ski locker and garage were easy and best of all the walk into the centre was 1 minute.
I had to do some work video calls whilst I was there and the wifi was fine.
I would stay there again.

•Free parking
•Walk to lifts
•Clean
•Good space
•Hot Plate
•Staff were knowledgeable
•Check out was 10 am
•No towels at pool when I was there
•Pool was nice and warm
•Hot tub pool not open until 10 am

Sorry to hear there were not towels available. Front desk does their best to keep these stocked, but sometimes on busier pool days there are periods we may miss. Central location, pool is nicely heated and access to pool is indoor which was nice for the cold temperature outside. Although it is not really ski in-ski out the access is not too difficult but you do need to cross a road skiing into the building as well as skiing out. Nice hotel rooms with some ability to make meals in the room. I would stay here again!

Great location staff helpful and very friendly Out doors hot swimming pool and hot tub was fantastic great Mexican restaurant in building
