Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsWhen we opened the door we were greeted by a smell of mildew and a giant puddle of greasy water covering the whole kitchen.
My wife and kids cleaned the whole place but it continued to smell of water damage our entire trip.
The place was furnished very well and is a great place to stay with a small family. The dishwasher leaks all over thats why we had the smell and water on floor.
The cleaning crew really let the owners down....without those issues this place is 5 out of 5 stars. With the extra garbage we had to do after deiving 7 hours to get there, 1 star.

Do Not Book This Stay
Posted 29 Jan 2023 on HotelsWhen we arrived the unit was trashed and not cleaned from the previous renters. No one answered our calls to come clean the unit. We were stuck in the snow with no service. Luckily the ski resort had a room for us. It has been almost a week and still no word from the property. They are ignoring us. I have to report fraud to my bank and hotels.com isn’t helping either.
