The room was musty and smelt pretty bad. There was also a dried blood spot on the comforter ( I dont think they change them, only the sheets) .

This is a perfectly fine motel, close to the best parts of Quebec City if you have a car. The room was clean. I'm docking a star because the toilet was running and the plumbing was off.

Good and comfortable to rest for the night. We stayed 2 nights. Cheaper compared to other accommodation.
