It had bedbugs and he wouldn’t move us to another room talking bout they out of room but then one of our rooms toilet overflowed and he all of a sudden had a room to move us to..SMH worst motel I ever been in will not be returning there anymore

I did not even set my bag down in the room. Terrible!! As I opened the door the smell of weed was so strong it stuck to me for hours. I stood on the balcony and booked another hotel further away but man it was worth it. For 20 bucks more you can get a room at a nice hotel with a pool, breakfast, and clean office and hallways and good parking without the smell of smoke and weed.

Arrived at 12:30am, got in the room and the toilet was overflowing, changed rooms and had to pass by people using drugs in the hall to get to a smoking room when I didn’t ask for that. Damage to doors and walls, staff unresponsive, and a very unsafe atmosphere. Hated the entire experience

The website said they had rooms , but when I called to double check they were sold out, but you took my mo ey. Could I please be reimbursed. Thank you
