The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges.

We sincerely apologise for what happened. We had not consolidated/updated our bookings from all sources hence this unfortunate incident in a long time. We will certainly improve on this and wont allow that to happen again. For the affected guest we want to offer them a one day room for gratis within the next 6 months at our lodge.

Would recommend for short stays
Posted 16 Aug 2022 on HotelsCool thatched chalets, great place for relaxation, in contact with nature and away from the busyness of city life. However the catering facility for guest food services needs to be upgraded.
