Dear guestIt is a pity that your stay and especially the location of the hotel apparently did not meet your expectations.You have blamed us that our hotel is not located in Interlaken and that the description on Expedia is misleading. Unfortunately, we cannot agree with this. If you search for a hotel on Expedia under Interlaken, we only appear very far down the list (once Interlaken no longer offers accommodations) and the distance to Interlaken is also shown on the first screen for each hotel that appears. We are sorry if you have apparently not read this, but to then blame us for this and rate us poorly, is very sad. Your Blüemslialp Team

Breakfast was fantastic. Free bus line that takes you into town interlaken. Runs about every 30 min. The views are amazing and pool in really nice. Would love to come back!

The lack of air conditioning or fan during the hot summer days was definitely an inconvenient. We did open the balcony door to let fresh air in but that brought in lots of bugs into our room which was also inconvenient with us getting bug bites.
Other than that, we loved the property, the daily breakfast buffet was very nice along with the pool area. The Gym did not have Air conditioning so made it hard to work out in a hot room.
