"Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "Gorgeous hotel, befitting of the very close Alhambra location. Our huge room was amazing with view of the Alhambra, at night especially pretty, soaking tub in middle of room with beautiful windows.Beautiful terrace for drinks, we had an amazing dinner, the tarte cake with chestnut sauce melts in your mouth. Absolutely Fabulous!

"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

"Excellent location! Steps from the lifts⛷️ Beautiful hotel w very good dining options! I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were all amazing as well, especially Lydia (my Pilates instructor at Melia SolyNieve) I can’t wait to come back next year :) Thanks Melia "

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. The hotel is cery close to the chair lift down into the centre of Pradollano and lift passes can be bought from the machine in the hotel reception. The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip"

Great stay

"Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again…. "
