The transportation was easy and the front desk called us taxis when requested. I recommend this hotel for first time visitors to the island like myself. "

"Friendly staff, Arnoldo (mgr) was very helpful in getting us to the property. We were at another location, we did not like and he sent transportation to get to JW, Janis ( front desk) made check-in super easy Hadassuh was very helpful with reservations etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent staff"

"Me my fiance and 13yr old daughter had the best time here i was concerned with everybodys review about the bar accross the street with noise it was not an issue at all. You dont hear anything in the rooms and we enjoyed it while we were walking outside. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody single with family or however youre traveling. All the food spots around were delicous. Try the local dishes!!! Our room was 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with living room kitchen washer and dryer in the room. Everything you could ask for and more. Beach was great pool was great hotel restaurant was great!!!!!!!"
