Unfortunately the majority of the staff in this hotel were unable to speak English which made commination EXTREMELY difficult! They were trying to be helpful, though, especially Steven - so THANK YOU. The hotel is very grand, in a beautiful landscaped setting but all is not as it seems as some of the attractions on the hotel map do not actually exist (eg) the tennis court and the sports centre. The villas and some of the room blocks are not ready for guests so, although it looks like an enormous hotel, not all of it is being used. There is no proper Western food served so you would need like Chinese cooking if you were to stay here. All the meals in the buffet were served on platters with hot water underneath to keep the food hot.Unfortunately, this technique did not work especially as the lids of the platters were kept open. Most of the food I tried was stone cold.

Generally it is ok. Certain details such as check in (can not find my order), as well as the price of food is high. After I argued, I got reasonable response.
