Upon checking in and getting to my room the bedspread had black footprints on it. I spent the night listening to the couple above fighting, just to wake up and having three police vehicles parked in front because of a crackhead coming in and making a scene yelling about where the meat was on the breakfast buffet. The premises are u safe and dirty. Would not recommend.

Missing Mattress
Posted 14 Aug 2024 on HotelsMy trip was to Houston. I had three young children ages 8,9,12. And two adults ages 26 and 51. We arrive at the hotel and police were in the parking lot. The worker seemed tired but was friendly. Once in our room, found that the two beds were doubles not queens. Also on bed was missing a mattress. The front desk said the had no other rooms available. He did bring a roller bed to help but I had three kids. They could not all fit. I spoke with manager the next morning about a discount or refund. He said he would call but has not.

We chose this property because the original property was without power due to a storm. We were asking orbitz for help to find another place but they didn't help. Only offered to credit our card back. This was a property we found on your site and although they were under remodel. They were very accommodating to us. We appreciate the staff and were right off the highway. near restaurants and gas stations. Also close to shopping.
