I am coeliac so required gluten free options for breakfast. A member of staff showed me what I could have and seemed to understand cross contamination. He made gf toast for me each morning and there was enough choice for cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts etc. No cereal but maybe if I’d asked...
The outside of the building, seen through bedroom windows, was badly flaking and in need of update. Inside was fine - especially liked the heated bathroom floor.

Good clean hotel which is a short walk from Paddington station. Good restaurants close by and area quiet for central London

They overbooked the hotel so when I turned up there was no room
