Do not believe the picture ls the blind at the window had so much dirt and filth it was embarrassing not to mention the the heater.

It is an ideal hotel for West London. Rooms compact and basic. However there is a fridge, hob and microwave in room. The rooms not servi ed during the stay.

Was a little apprehensive having read a few reviews, but to be fair it was fit for purpose and we were pleasantly surprised. Good location

I LIKED having a lift since I was on the 4th floor. I LIKED the location because it was convenient to bus and Tube stations. I LIKED the area because there were lots of shopping options. The room was larger than most I've stayed in while in London but it looked shoddy. The fridge had only one temperature: icy. Everything froze if left overnite. The bath was clean enough but the shower walls needed retiling. The mattress was old and creaky. I had to request a hair dryer and was told I'd have to wait for one not in use. The kitchen had old utensils and inadequate for simple use. Lastly, the house phone was disabled by management because patrons misused the service (I thought that's what a house phone is for). All in all, I think management was out for themselves and did not have patrons needs as a priority. I would not recommend it to anyone. My niece is travelling to London this summer and I told her to avoid this place.
