Our room was freezing the heat was on 80 degrees and it was putting out cold air.

Room dirty and had only one small trashcan with none in the bathroom. Pool dirty and in need of repair. Front desk did not have things needed.

Staff was incredibly helpful kind and friendly. Sergio was down to earth, sociable and ready to lend a hand if needed . He worked with me and my needs and went above and beyond any expectations...
