No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. "Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."

"There was air conditioning in the room but it didn't work very well. If the weather was hot/humid, it would have been a bad choice to stay. Also, I can't say that the refrigerator in the room was working properly, as it couldn't even keep a cold bottle of water cold. The hotel is on the side of a very busy road and although it is a new hotel, there was noise from the road as the windows were not closed properly.
