"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."

"There was air conditioning in the room but it didn't work very well. If the weather was hot/humid, it would have been a bad choice to stay.
