Was not able to stay in my room.Had to get a room at another hotelwas still charged for that room

This was a horrible experience! The elevator wasn’t working properly. The tv and phone in the room wasn’t working at all. The toilet was absolutely disgusting! Blood was on the handle and toilet seat. There were also splashes of possibly urine all over the toilet as well.

Kristin, I am terribly sorry to hear this. Please rest assured we have taken the proper measures and have spoken to the housekeepers on keeping a keen eye on the restrooms. They are being retrained as I type this. We are also pleased to inform you that our elevator is FINALLY fixed. I am so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Staff was very friendly. Hallways and carpets were dirty. Room didn’t smell as clean as expected

Mold on bath ceiling. It looked as if it was attempted to be covered up by paint. Hallways were dirty, needed vacuuming. Reception people were really friendly and helpful. The property definitely needs a revamp.

Hallway extremely dirty, elevator out of order, did not clean for the second day of rental after two requests. Stairs were filthy and elevator stunk.

Fresh cookies and popcorn ummm they have a good gym but needs alittle more work other than that it's cool clean
