Dirty everywhere, bathroom, floor, carpet. Very bad experience this time, I went last year and was completely different. The staff open my door in the morning without knock (2 times).

The room that was given to me had dirty towels in bathroom! Gave me another room a the bathtub drain was broken!!

Everything was good except for the pool did not work and my kids were very disappointed

Reviews of hotels in the city were poor but this hotel looked optimistic. It turned out to be perfect. Beds were great!
