Attendant was not pleasant. The only fee mentioned only was the $25 pet fee. But they require $100 deposit. They must disclose this also. It’s misleading. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I have not came across one that requires a deposit except for this one. Most places just need your credit card in the system for incidental. But they don’t collect a cash deposit. What if all I had was the room fee? Were they going to not let me stay? Whoever manages this facility, definitely need to reevaluate his management. You can’t make money if all guests see are reviews with issues.

You get what you pay for - a cheap stay but clean. The room, sheets, and towels were laundered. Soap, shampoo & conditioner was supplied. Showerhead was pleasant. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Otherwise, there were old stains on the ceiling, curtain, and beds. The fridge worked fine, the tv worked (small, not smart). The location is great for visiting Bay City, right off I-75 and still close to town but before you can smell the sugar beet factory. It would have been nice to have room service for the 3 nights and days we stayed, but we did fine. No concerns with safety here. Always prepare for bed bugs no matter what hotel, but this room seemed OK.

The property was terrible. It had a smell in the hallways. It was trash outside rooms. It was just an all over bad experience. Will NEVER stay there again. It’s not worth the money.

BED BUGS stay away. I had to leave and they don't want to refund my money. Won't use Expedia or Baymont. I do have photos and video and a note on my receipt about the bed bugs.

Dirty. No lock on door. No curtain in shower. Mold growing on side of fridge. Bedding was dirty and the pillows were a yellow color

I felt unsafe staying at this hotel. People partying outside listening to music, doing illegal activity. When I checked into the room, there were people on our balcony drinking and screaming. Front desk accommodated my request for another room and said he understood. Room is dirty, walls and ceiling have holes. Bathtub rusted. I have two small children and my 8 year old even asked if we could go somewhere else because he felt unsafe. Not a good family facility.

Very noisy with major highway right next to the facility and they obviousely did nothing to mitigate the noise level when it was built. Truck traffic woke me up all night so I left at 4:30am!
