Service wasn’t that good the first day but then I spoke to Dorito the supervisor and he took care of us and made sure that everything was perfect for us! We really had a great time.

The property is great! A lot of staff to do, lazy river, lots of pools, water park, bars everywhere. Beautiful beach. Dorito is the best supervisor on the property; he gives us an excellent service and took care of everything for us.

Very fun the lazy river was awesome. During packed hours it's worth it to buy your own floaty.

This resort reached beyond my expectations. Clean, beautiful, huge, and gives a luxurious vibe. Would stay here again!

Very clean facility,walking from room to lobby to beach area was very convenient wasnt too long of a walk at all. The only complaints I have is in regards to the gentlemen that sits on the hall,which was right outside my room because my room was on the corner. They were very loud,to the point that it woke me evey morning,i couldnt sleep in if i wanted. They were talking amongst one another,so why they were so loud,to the point it seems like they were screaming is beyond me. I couldn't relax snd sleep in if i wanted to. My main issue was the tub inside my room.The first night I tried to use it and noticed there was no stopper to prevent water from coming back out. I called the front desk I was told I would have to wait until the next day. I was contacted by maintenance and that particular issue resolved bright and early,so I thought everything was fine until I attempted to use it and notice the jets in the tub was nor working there was the humming noise but it did not come on. I then tried a few more times and nothing. I called the front desk and was told someone would be coming right now,same night to look at it. It was 6pm. No one showed. So the following day when I woke up I advised the front desk no one showed and they told me they would send a manager. I ate breakfast and came back no one ever came. After a few hours I went to the bar where I seen the guest services lady who asked about my stay and I advised her about my issue and she stated she would put a request in as

The food was excellent in the buffet. Great choices and quite fresh. Compliments to the chefs and staff. We tried the speciality dining but they were booked always but we did butcher using the buffet.
