First time staying here with my wife, From the moment we got out of the hotel the service was great. we were always attended to. food was great at the restaurant. everyone is very nice. only issue we had with the hotel is that from the first night & half our room had no cold water or working toilet. we had to take quick hot showers. & we used the bathrooms around the property. very frustrating considering it's a 5 star place. the 2nd day we came back to the room and it wasn't working still called again was told it's a general plumbing issue and it was just fixed we got cold water back but still no toilet a technician came in 5 min and fixed it super fast. beside the toilet issue. great place we enjoyed it.

It was very clean, the restaurants were really goos specifically the italian ans the French one. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The experience was amazing and I would love to return.

We had great time, very good food, attentive and friendly staff great entertainment, great bartenders specially Sophia in main lobby and bartenders at the beach side. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely we would love to come back. I will recommend Majestic Elegance Resort to my friends.
