Most of the staff weee amazing, pool was great, swim up bar was always a vibe and the beach/ocean were very close, clean, and fun

2nd time here with my husband and children and we loved it even more this time.

Be very careful when booking with teenagers When I got to the hotel they charged me 1200 dollars for my two 16 year old kids Booked through Expedia 15 and up it has to be booked s adults would never go back there again

My husband and I stayed there in October 11,2024. They need to have more Hispanic options for food ! Ocean and pools were clean and beautiful! They need authentic Latino food !!

We loved the beach accessibility from the beachfront suites. If there was one complaint it would be that the air conditioning seemed to get weaker as the week went on. Nobody ever came to fix it.

The food was amazing, sooo many choices and everything delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.The grounds were immaculate, so well maintained. The golf cart transportation was very convenient and the drivers were so friendly and polite. One of the best vacations ever.

The whole property runs on an app. They don’t have any physical maps or anything. It was very frustrating to have to be on your phone all day to navigate. Additionally, we needed some thing from client services (toothbrush, robes, towels) little things but important. And we completed the in app request and nothing happened. We chatted with guest services through the app 3 times and still didn’t receive the items and complained once in the app because we didn’t get them and because of that it prompted a phone call and we explained we were just looking for some towels (literally only had 2 and no hand towels at all) and toothbrush, robes. And they said no problem we will send them now. And they never came. It became comical, thankfully it wasn’t something critical. We gave up after that. We never did receive the items. Other then that the staff were very nice , alothough a large percentage of them did not speak English and communication was quite hard.
