Fun Stay But Lots of Changes to Resort
Posted 31 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved.

property is in desperate need of make over, the staff needs a little training, have to be remind it tourism is still number one source of income. although there were a lot of vacancies the manager asked $1,200.00 US for one day extension, crazy maybe
overall is not a bad experience except the beach proximity

I do recommend this hotel I went for my birthday and it was a goood time , not only did I have amazing food , drinks , service. I seen zuse net work while there . I would say I did not like the room I did receive the bed was 2 full size beds put together which if your on vacation with your significant other is uncomfortable to sleep in . Also the outdoor jet tubs do need up grades , other than that the room was really nice and clean , the mini bar was stocked each day , and in the walk-in your welcome with a nice drink , I do recommend this resort .

The location we booked was closed for renovations and we ended up in a basic room. Expedia did nothing to resolve this issue. Very disappointed
