I went in with high expectations. The property itself is OK. All the food options were not great and didn’t taste good either. Most of the staff is unfriendly. We ran into a couple awesome people on staff, but most were not that friendly. If you wanna lose 10 pounds, I suggest going into the resort, my family of three got sick via food and/or water. I was unable to leave the bathroom for 3 1/2 days. My spouse and four-year-old both got sick a couple days later with the same symptoms but were less affected. We thought my toddler was in the clear after throwing up all night but think again a couple days later, which was yesterday as we were about to leave. She got super sick again and it was coming out both ends. Probably the most stressful 13 hours of travel we’ve ever experienced. From what I’ve read, getting sick is a hit or miss at all the resorts. I think it’s best to spend the extra money for somewhere of a higher quality.

We had a great stay! Staff made it so much more memorable, Wellington at the swim up bar always remembered our drinks and the staff at the platinum club were great! Augustin always taking care of us during breakfast! I will say paying the extra for platinum was worth it because the breakfast and lunch was soooo much better than the Buffett. Food is good in the specialty restaurants for dinners and they had the 24h sports bar which was nice as well.

Too many locals over the weekend and they don’t have any respect for others. Very rude

It’s a quiet place for any sort of holidays and nice and Huge hotel with the beach right next to it. Absolutely stunning view!
staff are friendly and very approachable however I didn’t like the fact that there is no lifts . If you travelling with kids or elderly people consider mention or contact to request a room easily accessible otherwise you then you will be in the last floor with no lift access. Definitely they need to upgrade and fit lifts and better Wi-Fi connection was poor. Most of the times only caught good connection when leaving the room.

Property grounds were beautiful.
Rooms were clean but bathroom and shower had a small odor.
5 restaurants and two buffets to choose from. Food options were average with one pr two a la carte restaurant being exceptional.
Staff and bar tenders wede friendly and easy to work with. We would come back but hope the food would approve.
