Service was not existent here. Heavily a fend for yourself resort, all staff were useless and did not care about guests. Rooms were dusty and gross. Everything is outdated including the pools and loungers. Food was absolutely disgusting in the buffets, reservations restaurants had better food but still poor service.

Noticed black mold in most of the dining areas. Buffet smells like sewage as you walk in. Staff were wonderful though.

I came from New York and it was my fourth stay at this hotel. Everything was amazing.. Reception, housekeeping, all the service staff, everyone was great. All the staff are so happy and helpful, you feel like you are in heaven. I hope to see you again soon, thank you very much to the entire management team.

Everything was good and beautiful. Customer service was excellent and workers are so friendly and smiling. You never get boring and unhappy. Thanks for everything. This is mine first trip to Barcelo-Bavaria and it is not gonna be end.

Resort was very large and had many amenities. The beach is beautiful, especially great for families! Food selection was very good, choices for everyone. Majority of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a real coffee bar that operates all day, not just the machines. Surprised there wasn’t one as coffee culture is big these days. I fortunately I brought my own! Otherwise I would highly recommend this resort.
