El Hotel y facilidades no estan mal, solo que deben de remodelar el area de los Buffet principales, Teatro y el area de Lobby.

Was ok. Workers ver unprofessional and most of them don’t speak English very rude too. When you get there will update your room they ask you to pay extra money and if you pay cash they take it money no receipt. You can negotiate how much you want to pay for upgrades. Will not go back for sure I been at better resort in DR where ppl are more nicer.

I booked for Bahia grand Bávaro & the only complaint we have is about the room. It didn't look like the picture on expedia. You could tell the room & bed were too old. Bathroom was falling apart with a smell of too much bleach. We complained at the front desk and they upgraded us but we had to pay the differences.. after that the whole vaca was amazing! There are 7 resort on this property& we had access to 3 of them. All people were so nice and attentive towards our needs. Beautiful experience!

The property is gorgeous and appealing. I took my kids with me and they were very pleased with all the activities in the resort. Leonardo, the clerck attendant was very professional and he checks us in with such ease and timely manner. The service at the dining room was good ( Ana, Roberto, Jose and Ricardo ) were kind and serve us with a warm smile and great attitude. However, the cleanliness of the dining room wasn’t good cause we got interrupted by a bunch of flies and roaches running in the dining room.
